Planning a bulk order
Bulk gifting rewards planning. Start with the audience size, a per-unit budget and your deadline — those three numbers shape every other decision, from product choice to branding method to delivery.
Understanding MOQ
Every product has a minimum order quantity. It exists because branding setup and production have fixed costs that are best absorbed across a run. If your quantity is below a product’s MOQ, we can usually suggest a close alternative.
Volume pricing
Per-unit cost falls as volume rises. If you are unsure of your final number, ask for a quote across two or three volume tiers so you can see the trade-off and commit with confidence.
Production timelines
After artwork and mockup approval, branded bulk orders need lead time to produce consistently — more around festivals and year-end. Build in a buffer before your gifting date, and share the deadline up front so we can confirm feasibility.
GST and multi-location delivery
For clean procurement, confirm GST invoicing and the documentation your finance team needs. If you are gifting across offices or to remote staff, plan split delivery to multiple addresses from the single order.
